- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very disappointed in how business is dealt with here. I have had renters insurance for awhile and it's been great but I went to try and switch our car insurance and also start life insurance through them. I was completely denied car insurance for a ticket from 2 years ago not even offered a more expensive plan just denied all together. Then life insurance I was denied which is no problem I'm over weight and not completely healthy so okay thats fine but was charged for a month to get it started and now am having a Hell of a time getting my money back since I was denied. My daughter has been approved but my 5yr old is pending because of the fact he has seizures. Needless to say if he's not approved our money will be going to another business there ia no point in having a million policies from a million different companies.By Ashley Swarms, November 19, 2016
